During the first phase of the design process, we will meet on-site to chat about your requirements, goals and your budget. I will take measurements and photos during our walk through. This will give me a general scope of the project.

This is where I will take everything you want into account and build a realistic budget based on your needs. I will prioritize your wants and make adjustments if required.
Design Proposal
I will present you with a clearly communicated proposal outlining our on-site meeting, the scope of work, your budget, and a detailed partnership arrangement.
The Design Process
Schematic design: I will go through the extensive steps of narrowing down design concepts. I will present you with two creative ideal ideas for your space.
Design Development: This is where we will refine your design choice. I will draw up floor plans, elevations, and formally present you with a presentation board; digital, traditional or both, 3D digital renderings and a walkthrough of your space. Product sourcing for furniture and decor will be included if you require.
Let's Get to Work: This is where I will recruit and work with the proper reliable people for the job. We will have a pre-construction walkthrough. I will go through the fine details of working drawings and schedules to be presented to the trades and suppliers and outline your expectations from start to finish. Final details and firm costs will be outlined at this time.
From this point on, you get to sit back while I do all the work to make certain the job is done right, within budget and on time.
